Fuad Al Muqdatir is the most prominent figure in the bangla pop music scene, if you pick up 100 most popular tracks of 2007, 15-20 tunes would come from composer & RJ Fuad’s production. Creations of Bappa Majumder, Arnob, Habib, Balam, Tahsan & Bassbaba (Sumon) deserve at least 5-10 places apiece. This fact was also revealed in the Radio Foorti’s (Dhaka, 88.0 FM) Year Ending Top-100 hit list.

6 of Fuad’s 16 hits come from his most talked about “Bonno” Album (20. Junglee, 54.Anila’s "Ke Bashi Bajay Re", 60. Mila’s "Shukno Pata", 8. Live version of super hit “Nitol Paye”, 45. Simin’s "Tumi Hina" & 11.Upol’s "Bonno"). Talented lyricist, poet & vocalist Upol Islam’s another song unreleased “Jibon Gelo Tomar Khoje” is at No. 19.
RJ Fuad’s Live radio show “Fuad Live” featured few remakes & unreleased songs, From that show Arefin Rumi’s cover of Lucky Akhondo’s old hit “Amay Dekona” is at No. 27, Remix of Pantho Kanai’s “Chumki Choleche”@67 and the unreleased “Moner Bhitor Loiya” secured 37th place.
Fuad’s other successful albums are Mila’s second solo album “Chapter-2” with 3 hits ( No. 4. Baburam Sapure, 46. Jatrabala & 61.“Megher Dosh” plus “Shukno Pata”, featured in both “Bonno” & “Chapter-2”), Fuad Ft. Sumon & Anila’s CD “Ekhon Ami” (the track“Gaibona” is at No.12) & Fuad Ft. Topu’s "Bondhu Bhabo Ki" (the song “Meye” is at No. 6).
Singer Topu has two more hits with his band Yaatri, Ekta Gopon Kotha@15 & Ei ki Beshi Na@55.
Bappa Majumder has total 8 songs in the Top-100 list, 3 with his band “Dolchut” (23. Jochona Bihar, 28. Mon Chuecho & 49. Tomake Bole Debo), 2 duets with Fahmida Nobi (65. Hobo Dujon Shathi) & Tony (33. Arnob’s mixed album Jhalmuri (1 & 2) produced 6 hits; Abida, Shahana Bajpai, Arnob, Armeen-Nabila’s duet, Srabonti & Rupom’s track at No.34,40,56,73,94 & 97 respectively. Arnob’s solo hits “Tomar Jonno”, “Hok Kolorob” & “Rupali Rod” are placed at 3rd , 38th & 72nd place while his wife Shahana’s Rabindra song “Fuley Fuley” is at No. 68.
Professor Tahsan has 5 hits, one with his wife Mithila (57. Durotto), 3 from his 3 different solo albums (2. Alo, 14. Prematal, 30. Nei) & the title track of the mixed album “Ke Ake Onno Chobi(@24)”. Hamin Ahmed’s “Tumi Kothay” from the same mixed album is at No.77. Hamin’s brother Shafin’s hit song “Opriotoma” (from “Harano Sur” album) is at 64th place.
Ex-Warfaze vocalist Balam’s first solo album also produced 4 hits – Super hit “Lukochuri” at No. 1, Ek Mutho Roddur, Nupur Baje & Tomar Jonno at 5th, 17th & 25th place.
